Highlights Of Our Approach To Treatment

• One Location to avoid driving to different therapists in different locations.
• Time Efficient through our coordinated approach to treatment involving the interdisciplinary team.
• Short-Term, intensive treatment typically lasting 9 weeks, depending on the individual child's needs (language and sensorimotor interventions need a more intensive approach while individuals with ADHD interventions need more in school and after school support).
• Patients Excused from school for the medical program, typically well through the 8th grade.  High school and college students typically receive treatment during the summer.
• No Homework is typically involved.  However, the child typically keeps up with school math, social studies, science, and language arts.  Reading and spelling are placed on hold for the intensive period.
