We have established a financial teaming partner to assist with financing options.  We created a competition involving nearly a dozen financial institutions in order to obtain the lowest rates, with maximum flexibility, and personalized customer service available.  We believe the packages outlined below are superior for these reasons.   At this time, these options are only available to assist clients at the Morris Center in Gainesville, Florida.  We expect to finalize arrangements to support the Wellington-Alexander Center in Scottsdale, Arizona in the near future.

Our partner has offered an exclusive Home Equity Loan Program to the families of Morris Center clients. The minimum loan amount is $7,500 and the maximum is $50,000. Up to 100% financing is available for approved borrowers and properties. We have two options from which you can choose.

60 Month Closed End Loan 2.75% for the first 6 months 5.97% fixed for remaining 54 months Up To 180 Month Closed End Loan 2.75% for the first 6 months 5.97% fixed for 54 months WSJ Prime +1.00% to change annually thereafter.

Applicants will be able to apply online in the near future, however, in the near-term, simply contact the Morris Center and we will provide you with the specifics of these packages and arrange for you to meet with the M&S Teaming Partner, located immediately down the street from the Center.
